Can't find my business

Please help - set up a new user but they can't find the business after logging and 2FA

Hi @jayecuypers 

 

Just taking a look at your account and setup of the MYOB Business I can see that you do appear to have access to MYOB Business, both of which should be accessible to you.

Would you mind trying that process again and let us know how you get on. If you are still unable to see that MYOB Business can you let us know if you are using the same email address you are using the log into the Forum to access that MYOB Business. As something to try you could look at trying another browser and/or clearing your brower's cache.

I can now see the businesses but the owner of the company can not. Even after clearing her cache and using a different browser.

Natalie is still having problems. She has cleared her cache and is using Microsoft Edge as her browser.

Would you mind getting that user to try again accessing that business.

If they are still unable to do so, the next recommended approach would be to re-invite that user to the MYOB Business. This can be done as per Help Article: Inviting a user to your MYOB Business.
