I have called your phone number to speak to staff about cancelling subscription and i was told to call back cause no one to do it? why?
I want to cancel my account, Ive called 3 times now during business hours and the phone hangs up? Why? I'm wasting money on a product that I'm not currently using.
The account i want to cancel is client id: xxxx1246
This account is uptodate with nothing owing. I just want to cancel. Why is this such a difficult process. You should not be operating a business like this and give your customers the option to cancel. I have 4 myob products registered and more for my clients, but i need to be able to cancel when a client requires me to. Please contact me, or at least give me the option to email my cancellation.
