Cannot log in after changing email address

I have changed my email address and now I cannot log in at all!  I only changed my login email. I didn't change my password at all, it is the same.  Please see screenshots below, this is what happens when I try to log in.  I have been on hold to the MYOB phone number now for about half an hour!

  • Serial Number
  • First and Last Name
