Hi,
I have changed my email as per instructions in help files. I am able to login but the system then asks me to select a user ID when trying to access either of my businesses. I am the administrator but when I put in my login details with New email address (or old) it just throws to a screen saying 'Something went wrong, refresh page'.
If I refresh it just goes back to previous. I am unable to even find my Serial no. as I can't access the accounts.
Any help would be appreciated.

Exact same thing is happening to me. I've been on hold to the MYOB phone number for ages but nobody is answering. I'm just stuck. If you find out a solution, please let me know!!!

Sorry to hear that, You can also send me a private message with the Serial Number(If you have ) and the email address that you have been using to login.

Thanks Earl but I don't seemto be able to send a private message. I have tried clicking the link in your message and also on your name then message. Both just go to a screen with the words 'Private Message' with the standard header and footer... nothing else.
I have had a reply from MYOB support to say they 'made adjusts, refreshed and resyncronised my account' but it is still the same no change.

Hi, @Ellendee thanks for reaching out.
If it is asking for a User ID, kindly try entering the default User ID "Administrator" and leaving the password blank.
