Change to MYOB ACCOUNTRIGHT TO MYOB BUSINESS PRO

Hi i have uploaded my files ti change from Accountright to MYOB business.  It said it would take 3 business days  it has now been over 3 business days and I have received no notifications to say this has been done.  and still nothing on my files.  I need to have this sorted to enable me to do my payroll on Monday.  I find it very frustrating that I cannot speak to someone on the phone.  I have sent previous messages to have a response to say I will be contacted only to receive an email for a survey saying my problem has been resolved and please complete the survey for my experience.
