Company File under same serial number

Hi,

How can we check which company file is using our serial number?
My company has bought 5 company files under a serial number. However, when i called the ABSS Centre, they said we already used all five. But as far as i know we only activated four company files. Is there a way for us to check?
We are just concerned if one of our staff accidentally activated same company files twice.

Thanks for posting. 

If your serial number company file slots are 5, then you could use them for any 5 of your files inside the serial number. If you found all of them being occupied and you are just using only 4 of them then we inactivate the files that you are not using. Also, there is no known way to find a list of files you are using for those slots. 

If you need assistance for deactivating the other files that you are not using. Send me a private message containing your 

• Serial number 
• Full name and email address 
• Company name 

for us to further assist.
