Error message when signing in to Capture App

Not only can't we sign into Essentials, Capture app isn't recognising business listings

MYOB Capture - Error getting business list Feb2022

I've only ever had to sign into myob capture once, today it's asked me to sign in. I enter the correct email and password and keep getting the attached error message "error getting business list".  We have tried 3 separate phones all having the same problem.

Hi my colleague and i are not able to use capture for invoices. It comes up with error code... anyone else experiencing this?

The MYOB Capture app generating an error when signing in is currently under investigation by our team. At this time, we don't have a timeframe for resolution, however, we'll keep you updated when any additional information when it comes to hand.

Hi,

 

From the messages the signing into Capture has supposedly been fixed. I had issues a couple of weeks ago and now the same issue, please advise.
