MYOB Essentials - Can't Log In

Hi there

 

I currently use MYOB Essentials and I am unable to log into the account. My access details have not changed and I have been using the program since April. It says the business details do not exist? 

 

Is anyone able to assist with this?

Thanks for your post. Could you try logging in via app.myob.com? Does your business appear when you log in? If you are still having issues could you send me a private message with your serial number and email address you are using to log in and I will be able to investigate this further.
