I have spent so many hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue with my new business lite which I just signed up on 16/11/22. Today I was on the phone for more than 2 hours, the line cut off. I had to explaine so many times to different support staff. I guess that the migration was not done properly. My situation is stricky because I was on AR desktop then AR plus then AR desktop then Business Lite. Can someone please help ?

Were you able to provide the details of the issue/s you're having since the migration?
In addition, have you been able to get in contact with the migrations specialist who assisted with your case?

Thanks for reaching out to help. My issue is that after migration, the bank feeds dated from Apr 2021 to 15 Nov 2022 appeared on the Bank Transaction portal. Even though these transcations have already been reconciled. After speaking to the support team, we decided to delete these duplicated transactions. After deleting, when I display profit & loss report for last financial year, some of the items' figures were doubled up. And I found those bank feeds transactions deleted were the duplications.
Just a brief timeline here that may help : Before Apr 2020, I was using AR desktop. I signed up for AR Live in Apr 2020, I started using bank feeds. After 1 year, on Apr 2021 I cancelled AR Live and revert back to using AR desktop. I entered the transactions manually, I didn't use bank feeds from Apr 21 to 15 Nov 22. Then recently, I signed up for Business Lite on 16 Nov 2022. I was that before I even applied for bank feed facility, the bank feeds as unallocated transactions started to appear on my Bank Transactions Portal. At first they were the 16 Nov 22 to early Dec. I allocated those transactions and reconciled the Nov account ( I just noted it was reconciled, but I did not click reconciled to finalised it, hence the last bank reconciliation is still showing 30 Sep 2022). After that from 15 Dec 2022, 366 unallocated transactions appeared (from Apr 21 to Nov 22).
I have spent many hours with the support team on live chat, on phone, and now on community.
I have emailed the bank feeds team, they asked me to get help from the support team.
