New User - No Business Found, No clickable selections

New User - No Business Found, No clickable selections

Hi,

 

Just signed up to MYOB Business Light and the dashboard is completely blank, with "No Business Found".

 

No options to set one up, no links in the heading, nothing available to click.

 

Seems to be an access issue as I have tried multiple browsers, cleared caches, and 2 different laptops! Can anyone assist?

  • Serial number
  • Business name
  • Your full name and email address

I am also experiecning the same issue

I have just signed up and when logging into my account "no results found" under My businesses

Please help assist

As mentioned by Isaiah_C, kindly send me a private message with the following details so that I can look into it further:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name

I am still waiting for mine to be resolved as I still cannot see mine. 

Are you able to see your business now?

Hi @Sulueti

 

Thanks for your post. Apologies for the delayed response.

 

Based on what I can see of your account, everything does appear to be in order at our end to access that MYOB Essentials business. I would make sure that you are using the same email address that you do use to log into the Forum with.

 

If you are still unable to see that business, my recommendation would be to clear your browser's cache and/or try a different browser. In addition to that, I would ensure you are using the appropriate login page - this can be done by navigating to the MYOB website and selecting Sign in >> MYOB Essentials.
