New user cannot access our business

Ive just added our auditor as a MYOB user. I send the invitation and she can accept and log in to MYOB however she is unable to access our business (not in list and cannot search for it either). What is going wrong?

Thanks for your post. Can you please send me a private message with the below details so I can take a look into this for you:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Users full name and email address 
  • Business name of the file
