I was invited into Essentials.  

The first log in was accepted.  But no file was visible at my end.  I thought it might not have accepted, so contaced the user and that was cancelled:  They deleted that an invited me under a different email address, since the first one was still showing as in-use.  The second invite was accepted.  But still no file visible.

Now they reinvited under the main log-in.  Still no Essentials File Visible.  It has been around 8 hours now and nothing is showing despite two successful invitations.

Any ideas why?

What is the correct platform to use these days?

How can the user ensure that the invitation is actioned?

Can myob do anything to fix this log-in problem?

Hi @BetsyNT,

 

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

I would first recommend checking you are opening the correct version of the software you've been invited to, see below:

 

If the file does not appear in any of the above versions, please send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Email (that has been invited)
  • Business file name

I had logged into both platforms, or so I thought.

Neither shows the file.

I have just logged in again and after 24 hours it has appeared.
