Subscription upgrade

I used "MYOB connected Ledger+payroll subscription" until today.

 

But today, I phone-call you to upgrade this subscription to "Business Pro".

 

As I check the dashboard of the client, there is error message "Something went wrong" and all the client file disappeared.

 

This makes me crazy, because all the files are gone!!!

 

How can I fix it?

Thank you for your post, I'd be happy to look into this for you. So I can investigate, can you please send me the following information in a private message:

  • Serial number
  • Primary contact name
  • Account / business name
  • Email address which you are logged in with
