Transferring access

Hi

I'm the treasurer of a small community organisation that uses MYOB for our finances. A new treasurer is taking over and so I need to give him access and then bow out. I've added him on the system but he needs 2FA. It's a while since I started using MYOB so I can't recall how I did that, and can't find it on the system.  Could you point me to that info?

When they first log in to the system, they should be automatically prompted to set up 2FA. Please let us know if that's not the case and we'll investigate this for you.
