Unable to print on MAC - times out

After the recent "upgrade" I am unable to get MYOB Essentials to Print Payslips or invoices on a Mac computer. The link opens another page and then it times out?

 

Please help.

Thank you for your post.

 

Have you tried to print from another browser or cleared your current browser cache?

 

Can you please provide details as to which Browser you are using and which ones you have tried, as well as any error messages popping up wen going to print.
