I have received two user invitaitons from a new client. I was not able to action the invitation on Friday afternoon so spent 2 hours on the phone to you guys trying to get it sorted to say that there was an issue and it should work tomorrow.
It looked like it actually progressed my invitation this time but I can not see the business available for me to get into. Is there any way to get assistance to get into these two accounts without calling up and spending an hour on the phone?
