Since the Essentials upgrade I have a User unable to access the Account.

The User is no longer showing in the "list".

I have attempted to "re-add" the User however I receive a message that the User is active.

So that I can look into this for you, could you please send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Business name 
  • Your name + email
  • Email/s that no longer have access
