"No results found" under My business

I just made my MYOB account for my university unit (for the trial of 6 months) and after I signed in it shows "No results found" under My business and there is no other option to select. Can you please fix this?

Can you please send us your product serial number (found under Setup>>Company Information), and login email address by Private Message, and we'll check if the settings are correct on our end.
