In tray: Convert email text sent to attachments for uploading

I often get invoices as body content within emails. Like paypal.

It would be great if emails that get sent to bills@myob... in tray WITHOUT attachments could get auto converted to a pdf and sit in the in tray.

My current method is to open the email - print to pdf - save somewhere, new email > bills@myob > find the recently saved pdf > attach > send
