On the invoice page, If I search (using the search field) a customer who has multiple invoices, then click one of the invoices displayed to comment, amend or whatever, but then realise ive selected the wrong invoice for that customer, pressing the cancel on essentials or back on the browser takes me back to the main invoice page (essentially back two steps instead of back one to the customer search result)
This becomes cumbersome when you search a customer, then change the invoice status to all (Viewing open and paid invoices). Cancelling or going back on the browser takes you back to the main invoice page but continues to search all customers with an invoice status of all. This is very slow. To the point of regretting to embarking on the process in the first place.
I fail to understand why pressing cancel or back would have any benifit in going back two steps, but perhaps theres a logical reason for this, though if this is bad design, coding or testing issues, perhaps it could be addressed in the next few years?
If anyone thinks this is a bloody good idea, please vote.
"Back and cancel going back two steps instead of one."
