Invoices: Save and Duplicate - disregard lock period

At the moment if you want to duplicate a transaction you need to use save and duplicate, but this doesn't work if the source was before the lock date, even if there are no changes to the source.

MYOB Essentials will allow users to Save and duplicate an invoice even if that invoice is stored in a lock period.
