Dear MYOB Team
LiveAccounts is a great package for small businesses and we love it.
One additional feature will make it an awesome product: The ability to raise purchase orders then convert them to payable invoices once received.
Eliminating the double data entry
"Please add the ability to create a Purchase Order"
MYOB Business allows users to generate Purchase orders from the Purchases module.Check out Help Article: Purchase orders for more information.
It does my friends...
Just open a new purchase and fill in all the details. Attach the original quote if you want and then print.
You will get a nice document with "Purchase Order" printed on the top!
essentials should have the ability to generate purchase orders, we need to be able to do this and sent to our suppliers.
Add a PO form to Essentials as PO forms are essential to all businesses
Totally agree! This has been requested for YEARS by MANY!
It seems the request is falling on deaf ears. Dissapointed.
There is a way to do this and it is quite satisfactory. DM me if you like and I will lay out the process for you.
Thanks @Logger , looked back through your thread and managed to create it. Appreciate the directions. Super helpful.
Creating a Purchase Order is the same as creating a Bill.
Select Purchases, Create Bill and fill in the details (adding your pruchase order number in 'Invoice' window) and then click 'Print' button. This will bring up a PDF with Purchase Order at the top.
Then just attach to your email.
I can print purchase orders - but i want to email them.
Can this feature be included in Myob Essentials?
I thought this would be basic requirement.
Can't understand why it would not already be a standar feature???
Over a 100 likes and 5 years since suggesting and STILL MYOB have not added this basic feature.
Not impressed MYOB!
