Hi,
I would like to have the facility in LiveAccounts to receive a copy of the email correspondence and attachment that I send to my customers when I email them an invoice.
This would be very helpful as I am finding it difficult to manually keep track of the email text I use for additional communication with the customers when the notes field on the invoice is toooo small.
Perhaps a checkbox somewhere to nominate that a CC of email correspondence generated by LiveAccounts is sent to my existing nominated business contact email address (or an option of nominating another email address for this purpose).
This would also give me a convenient method of logging my business email correspondence in my email program.
I hope this is a useful suggestion.
