Setup: Blank chart of accounts set up

We would like an option to select a blank chart of accounts (or a chart of accounts which only includes system accounts) on creation of a MYOB Essentials file. We have a specific chart unique to our business which we like to roll out to clients which has a totally different coding structure to the standard chart of MYOB. We have found workarounds through the import tool to remove extra chart items but it would be much easier if you could just select a blank chart to begin with.
