At present you can split a pay category across multple jobs by splitting the amount only.  We would like an option to be able to split by hours and / or % as well.  Most payroll is driven by hours worked so the risk of error is reduced if assigning hours to jobs and letting MYOB work ou the calcuation of dollars.  We would also like this option available on the desktop app (currently only available on the online version) for job spltting by payroll category.   'Payroll job code split by hours/% as well as hours" ... I often get invoices as body content within emails. Like paypal. It would be great if emails that get sent to bills@myob... in tray WITHOUT attachments could get auto converted to a pdf and sit in the in tray.   My current method is to open the email - print to pdf - save somewhere, new email > bills@myob > find the recently saved pdf > attach > send   bleh..   "Convert emails to PDF / Invoice in the in tray" ... Could you please reorder the options for GST for NZ, when you select the dropdown box for GST, the first option is S - Standard at 12.5%, the bottom option is the correct one now S15 Standard GST 15%. Hello, my name is Laura Bernhardt and I use MYOB Essential to run my small business. I often create and duplicate invoices for a client with recurring invoices for future months, and then need to  come back into MYOB to physically click the 'Email' button to send it each month.    I would like a feature where I can schedule an email to automatically send a client this recurring monthly invoice. We are a mobile business and we tried the MYOB OnTheGo app. We can not add a new item on a mobile app when making a new invoice. Only pre-loaded itemes made on a PC can be used. This renderes this app useless for our business. We have days where we add 2-3 new items when we are out at customers houses and have access only to a phone. The app that we use right now (Invoice2Go) lets us do this with ease. At the current time (July 2013) in LiveAccounts, Annual Leave must be paid at the hourly rate when taken. This makes sense for hourly rate employees. However, for staff paid well above award rates, it is common for actual hours worked not to be tracked and for salary to be paid as a fixed monthly amount. This is clumbsy (but not impossible) to do with the current system - it means that any annual leave hours paid must be deducted from the "nominal" base hours worked each month. Rounding errors then arise.   These issues would go away with a simple check box on the Employee Leave tab which read "Pay annual leave at zero hourly rate" or "Track leave on a statistical basis only" (or similar). The annual leave accrued and taken would then appear on the pay slip as per now but at a zero dollar rate. Staff for whom this option was relevant would just continue to be paid their fixed monthly salary irrespective of how much annual leave they took that month. Hi there I have had continuing issues with reconcilig transaction that are paid with Paydirect for a couple of reason so i wanted to suggest in regards to Paydirect the system can it be adjusted to allow for clear identification of the transactions. Customer service could only point me to a manual reconciliation of the invoices due to the fact that the incoming payments have no identifying or associated identifyers. It makes it very hard and time consuming havng to to wade through bank statments and MYOB emails and invoices. I have also found that if 2 or more customers pay on the same day Paydirect combine the deposits which leave sometime complete unrelated deposits are combined together so we have to wade through the receipts to work out who paid when. It has also seen a few clients that have paid not had their invoice cleared off the system as they have not recognised it. The process is meant to be automated and this makes it a little slow to have to manually reconcile everything. It also makes it difficult if someone in the team that doesnt normally deal withthe accoutn hasto try and workit all out which in our busy season can happen as we need to process orders very fast so everyone does a bit of everything, So it would be great if all the payments had some identifying reference i.e. an MYB invoice number and are deposited separately into the account as to ensure they can easily reconciled. Transfers betwen different bank accounts often do not have the same date.   In this case MYOB will not match the transactions, despite ALL the other transaction information being identical.   Can we please have a Date Threshold setting for transfers so that we can control the matching process as follows:   IF the AMOUNTS match AND the REFERENCE fields match AND the transaction dates ARE WITHIN X DAYS  then offer it as a potential matching transaction for the user to confirm.   By all means leave the default behaviour as (DATES MUST MATCH) but for more capable users, the above feature would make life a hell of a lot easier when dealing with inter-account bank transfers.   thanks .. Hi, I logged onto online support tonight and was told this isn't possible and sent this link to make suggestions. I'm wanting to see what I invoiced last March and compare to this March. I can't do this??? Isn't this a basic requirement for forecasting etc... Why cant they throw in some charts to see how sales are going so you can see trends. I need to be able to select field options when generating reports like the GST Activity Report and also the General Ledger report.   When entering in a transactions (spend money) with multiple lines in the one transcations there seems to be no way to extract the description placed against each line in the one transactions.   Can there be an option to select the line description to appear in the reports also?   Thank you. I notice that currently when creating an invoice in MYOB Live, if there are 2 or more line items each line item is rounded individually and the rounded total is added. For example,   Line Item 1 Total ex GST = 5944.38 Line Item 2 Total ex GST = 187.45 Total ex GST = 6131.83 GST on Total = 613.18   GST on Line Item 1 (rounded) = 594.44 GST on Line Item 2 (rounded) = 18.75 The Sum of the individually rounded items = 613.19 which is a 1c discrepancy from the real GST on Total value above.   This discrepancy has resulted in clients paying 1c less on numerous occasions as the client systems round only the total.
