I am trying to process a super payment and this error message keeps coming up:

 

A problem occurred with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again.

 

All details are correct. Can you please help as we need to complete the super payment urgently.

Thanks for your post. Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, can you please confirm if this error message is appearing when paying a particular superannuation fund ? If it is, can you please confirm the funds name, ABN and spin/usi number.
