the payslip keeps displaying annual salary even though our employees are casual and work varying hours. i understand it takes it from the info inputted but cannot put a zero in there?
I assume the payroll only software does not allow custimisation like some of the other packages?
Thanks

Hi @TimH3,
Apologies for the delayed reply.
So that I can advise further, could you please provide the last 4-digits of your serial number so I can double-check which software version you are on?

Hi @TimH3,
Apologies, I can only find the serial number ending 5073 attached to your community forum email. Could you instead send me your full serial number via private message?

Hi @TimH3,
Thanks for providing those details via private message.
The product you are on (MYOB Business) does not have the capability to remove/hide the 'Annual Salary' field. It is something that we have received feedback on from users, so it may be included in a future enhancement.
If you have any further queries, please do reach out.

Would be great to have this fixed, as it confusing for us and more so for our employees.
Maybe if employers are highlighting the Pay Basis as Hourly, the Hours in a Pay Cycle box gets blocked out so no content can be typed in. As you have to add the hours in later anyway.

I am having the same issue with all our casual employees - that's the idea of casual - no Annual Salary. I do not think this is an acepatable answer as the same thing was asked back in January. We are now a month into a new financial year and it is still incorrect. We are providing our employees with what I see as part of our employment contract with them and it is misleading and incorrect. Surely this can be fixed easily. Like others I am wondering what our monthly fee is paying for.
