I haven't had any problems in the past, but now when I try and create a super payment I get this message
"It looks like something went wrong with your payment. If you need help, contact MYOB Support."
I've been trying it for the past few days and keep getting the same message, which is not at all helpful in knowing what's wrong.

I am having the same issue! It is so frustrating, expecially when you call MYOB and you sit on hold forever. Does anyone answer the phones?
I also just tried to send you a private message Melissa, so I can send you my details, but when I select to send you a message the screen goes blank. Please help! I need to pay my staff their super.
Sorry but I am very frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Jodie - I figured out my problem by trawling through past messages.
The problem with mine is that one of the super funds I was paying to had merged with another company, so all the details were different. If you don't have many employees, you could try doing a couple of super payments at a time until you narrow down which one it is that's causing the problem. (For me, it was Media Super if that helps you at all!)

Thank you so much you your response Sarah. I have updated all the super fund details, even the ones I don't pay into anymore. I unfortunately still get the same error.
I'm sure there is some detail somewhere that is causing the error, but I can't find it!
Will wait for someone to help me. I have emailed the super team but no response for 2 days now.... I assume they are busy.
