Error message - Action

Most of my employees have this message (in the 'Action' column) in the super portal:

 

Cannot find property _Member_PayrollFundCode [ENRICH.J.CUSTOM.001] []

 

What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

HELP PLEASE - Myob Super Portal Won't Open

Hi, I cannot open the Super Portal - no messages come up, but the page just keeps trying to load, with nothing coming up.

 

I have cleared caches and tried different browsers. Still nothing.

 

Help please, I have a heap of super to pay, but I can't do it until I can log in.

Hi Melisa, I am sorry for not responding- I don't seem to see a notification whenever my question is responded to.

 

I would show you a screenshot, but I cannot open the super portal AT ALL - have been unable to for a month now. I have added a help question this morning, but no response yet.?

I tried calling the helpline yesterday but was on hold for about an hour, so I gave up. 

 

I have sent an email, but no response yet. 

 

I can't give you a screenshot of anything, as the page simply does not load. You can see the small load symbol going around and around in circles, but nothing happens.

 

I have tried clearing browsing history and cache, switching my computer off and back on (numerous times) and have tried both Google and Microsoft Edge browsers. Yet, nothing happens?

 

I desperately need this sorted as I am now well behind with Super payments.

 

Hopefully, you can help.

Hi @Melisa_D - in desperation I Googled (ironic!) the best browser to use and downloaded Firefox (it only took a minute to do), I am now able to open my Super Portal FINALLY! I will process some payments now and see if I have any issues. If I run into any issues I will let you know. If none, I will close this thread.

 

I want to thank you for your support - knowing that someone is listening is very important. I am more than grateful.
