Error message regarding payments to VicSuper

Can anyone please assist me. I have been trying to process a payment VicSuper Futuresaver via MYOB. Error message says that MYOB no longer process payments to this fund, yet phone calls to VicSuper assure me that I should able to. USI, ABN and membership number all been confirmed. They are part of the Aware Super group, however the amalgamation is still a work in process and they are still receiving payments from elsewhere as VicSuper Futuresaver.

I cannot delete in MYOB and re-enter, as prior to the upgrade payments have been made at regular quarterly intervals.

Thanks for your post and sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. If you're still having issues with this can you please confirm the funds ABN and spin/USi number so I can take a look into this for you.
