Hi @JR19,
Thanks for your post. I would like to extend to you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. We thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We apologize that you are having a challenging time adding a new user to authorize Superannuation because of the error message you are receiving. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.
Generally, this happens when editing some details on Pay super window. I recommend to clear cache, log out then log back into your account. If you are adding a new user as a Pay super administrator, you may refer to Add a Pay Super payment authorizer or submit a Pay Super change of Details form and the relevant team will process your request.
Feel free to come back to the Community Forum if you have any more questions, we are more than happy to assist.
If my response has answered your enquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to assist other users find this information.
Cheers,
Leneth

Hi @JR19
Thanks for your post and Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
Make sure the user you are trying to register as Pay Super Administrator is an Account Right File Admin.
Kindly refer to the helpful article Add a Pay Super payment authoriser - MYOB AccountRight - MYOB Help Centre.
This will guide you through adding your employee as a Pay Super Administrator, and if required use the Pay Super Change of details form to notify the changes
If you need any further help on this issue ,send me a private message with the below details so I can take a look into this for you:
Cheers
