Getting message trying to generate super payment

I have checked employee details and superannuation details. Myob super not working for 1 employee since we moved from Myob accountright to Myob business pro.

 

A problem occurred with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again.

Could you please confirm the fund details you have recorded in your software for this affected employee?

 

  • Fund name
  • Fund ABN
  • Fund USI/SPIN

Thanks for providing that screenshot, all the fund details are up to date and correct.

 

Could you please advise the date you migrated your file, and the dates for each of the super payments you're trying to process?

We migrated the file on 6th June and are trying to pay for super payments from 1st July onwards.

Hi @jason007,

 

When the error occurs, does any red error/warning symbol appear next to the employee? Usually, you can hover over this to see what details need to be corrected. 

 

If the error message does not appear, could you please send me a private message with a screenshot of the entire 'Super Payment' window (showing the super payment that is not processing) and your product serial number?
