Issue with editing Payroll - Pay Items

A problem occurred with one of the transaction lines that has a decimal amount. Please delete the line, add a new line, and try again.

This error comes up every time I change the hourly rate.  I have completed this task for other Pay Items but the above message comes up now??

Thanks for your post. What are the exact steps you are taking before this error occurs? Where are you trying to edit the hourly rate? Can you please attach a screenshot of the window with the error on it?
