MYOB Essentials - Super from reversed payrun not showing in Create Super Payment screen

Hi

I have a pay entry that was reversed and the super guarantee from this reversal isn't showing up in the Create Super Payment screen.  I've triple checked everything and it's definitely not showing up. This means that the balance showing up for this employee in the Create Super Payment screen is incorrect, and makes it impossible to pay the correct amount of super. I previously had this same issue in this same file, I spoke to a number of people at MYOB and they could see it definitely wasn't showing up as it should.  I thought this was a once off so I couldn't do much else but accept that I would need to do a clunky workaround.  I now have this same issue for a payrun that was reversed last week, so it is definitely still a current issue.

It took me so long to be able to speak to a specialist at MYOB about this the first time and they still couldn't help me, has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks for your post and sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. Did you still need assistance with this ? If you do, are you able to confirm if you're using MYOB Business or AccountRight ? Also, can you please provide a screenshot of the reversed transaction along with the super payment screenshot not showing the new super payments to be processed.

I have the same issue. Some payruns reversals worked fine but some not. Have been asking for help for more than a month now. And we have to pay our super payments for the last quarter. NO ONE seems to be able to help, be it through the online chats or private messages!

This is again very frustrating trying to have someone who can help!

BTW, we are using MYOB Essentials.
