Hello again MYOB,

Can you please advise what version of MYOB Business you need to be able to access the Clock On/Clock Off settings in MYOB Teams?  Its not showing as an option for me.  

When I  go into the MYOB Team app to look at how staff can submit their hours, all I get is an option as if we were a time billing operation, asking to select a customer etc.  I just want them to be able to submit their hours each week like they did in Your Pay.  (PS  I currently can log into the TEam app either.  Is it down?)

Thank you for your post. You won't be able to change the time capture type after it has already been set up, so you will need to delete the location, then recreate it with the desired time capture type. 

To delete the location:

• In the MYOB Team admin portal, click the Locations tab.
• Click the ellipsis button for the location and choose Delete.

To create the location again: 

• In the Locations tab. Click Create location.
• Enter the Location name and Address and the correct Time capture type.
