Hi trying to do a test run of MYOB Teams and seems to be several errors, there's no option to input sick leave in a timesheet e.g. staff member clocks in at 9am and leaves sick at 11am and wants to use SL for remaining hours, there's no option to enter sick leave and it seems counterintuitive that staff would submit a request for when they know there are going to be sick and go home from work. Further to this approved timesheets are not showing under Payrun tab, I've checked the dates and pay period and nothing changes it just doesn't show up. Have tried several trouble shooting options and nothing changes, it just seems like MYOB teams has no point and based on the numerous unanswered posts about the same subject over the past year I don't even think MYOB themselves know what they're doing with Teams. Some support would be appreciated, but having spent days on hold to MYOB I know that I really can't expect any response unless it's someone just repeating what I have already said I have done and then hanging up cause they don't know.

Update: Rang MYOB about MYOB Teams, told the girl if the call is disconnected please call me back, she said no problem and confirmed my phone number. Guess what happened? The call got disconnected and the girl didn't bother trying to call me back. Not surprising but if anyone is reading this do not bother with the phone calls or hours on hold just cancel the subscription and find a better software, don't believe me? This post will take 2 business days to get a response and even then it won't solve the problem. MYOB Customer Service = JOKE!, MYOB = SCAM.

I'm sorry to hear you've had that experience with our phone-based teams. We also provide support via Live Chat so don't hesitate to reach out to us there if you need assistance. On the Community Forum we encourage users to provide advice and assistance, as such, you won't always receive an immediate reply from an MYOB Moderator.
To assist with your questions, when an employee takes leave they will need to submit a leave request. If they are sick and leave early, in timesheets they would enter the time they leave as the End shift time. Then tap on Apply for leave and enter the leave type, date, start time and end time.
For the timesheets not appearing when you process a payrun, do they appear in Payroll>>Timesheets>>Enter Timesheets window?
Cheers,
Tracey
