I have never even been able to get the Pay Super set up, let alone working.

So I just process individually. Thank goodness I don't have a large number of employees to process.

Bu am now processing super monthly so it's getting tedious.

Hi,

 

I'm having a similar problem. I haven't been able to process my super through pay super as it keeps coming up with this message, "This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation. Please edit the fund from the Superannuation Fund List window and select a valid fund name for it." The fund this is referring to is Future Super. I looked up the fund's usi and abn and double checked that it hadn't changed names. Not sure what to do next! Please help.

Thanks for your post. As the error is mentioning the fund not being able to receive contributions, I recommend contacting the super fund themselves to confirm there hasn't been a change in details and ensure the membership number and USI numbers and ABN are all still correct.

 

If they confirm the details are all correct, please attach a screenshot of the fund information window so we can assist you further.

I am having the same problem with funds: Future Super and Cbus Super Income Stream.

All other super funds have been processed. I checked with Future Super, USI ABN and member numbers are all correct as checked with super fund. Please help ASAP.

 

Error says: "This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation. Please edit the fund from the superannuation fund list window and select a valid name for it."

Thanks for confirming that you've checked all the details with the fund. Could you reply with a screenshot of the fund information window, and of the error message? 

 

(You can use the Microsoft snipping tool to create screenshots and remove sensitive information, then click on Photos to upload).
