**UPDATE** I HAVE MANGED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM BY DELETING THE QIF FILE THAT WAS PULLED THROUGH IN JANUARY AS AN IMPORTED BANK STATEMENT AND THEN DELETING THE ENTRIES ONE BY ONE.
*Hi
During the transition and our upgrade in Februaury, I activated bank feeds, but during this time there were so many glitches and issues with the new MYOB i cancelled it and went back to manual entries.
During this, the PAYroll from 1/1/23 to 10/2/23 has been pulled through from the OLD MYOB 2x into 2 different payroll accounts.
one of the accounts, which has NEVER been used before, now has an amount of $34815.63 sitting in it as the balance. all pay runs, everything balances duing this period, except for this.
Our total gross pay YTD for the CORRECT wages account already includes this amount. For some reason the pays were pulled through during this period via the bank feed as a spend money transaction and debited from the WRONG wages account AS WELL as the correct one!!!!! . I cannot delete the spend moneys as it will mess up the bank recs for this period nor will I reverse the pays as the PAYS historically ARE FINE and have already been debited fromn the correct account and this is merely anothe software issue, a double up amount that need to be DELETED without affecting our books.
Everything balances except for this acount. Can someone please advise best practice to fix this DOUBLED UP ENTRY asap!!

Hi @TheCoolShop
Thank you for your post.
In some instances manual entries and imported bank statement may cause double transactions. We might need to further investigate on this as we need to see each reports and transactions linked to account that you've never used. Can you please send me a Private message with your serial number, email address and screenshots.
Cheers,
Princess
