Pay Super

Whoops, we've hit a snag!

 

I have noticed quite a few customers getting this error message, but there is no feedback on what to check.

Does anyone know how to set up pay super and why this error comes up ?

 

Disappointing and a massive waste of an afternoon.

Hi @TheTaxBoss,

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

Could you confirm if you are setting up Pay Super on behalf of your client or are they also receiving this error when they're trying to sign up?

 

Please note that only the business owner (or one of the company directors) who is also a signatory to the business bank account may complete the signup process to get started with Pay Super, otherwise you may experience this error.

I am tryinf to sign up for the new Pay Super and keep geting an error message " whoops we have a snag " 

I cannot find how to fix this . 

I need this sorted asap

Thank you for letting me know. 

 

Could you please send me a private message with the following details so we can look into this for you:

 

  • Serial number
  • Business file name
  • Your name + email
