Pay run history report error

We run weekly payrolls and since Monday 29/5/23 I cannot run the Pay Run History report for that payroll without getting the error message attached. 

 

     Failed to load the report.  Something went wrong - try refreshing the browser

 

All other reports appear to run correctly.  How do I resolve this?

 

I have tried logging out and in again and waiting a day but it is still an issue

Thank you for providing this information, Diana. 

 

Now, we have to try the currently available workaround.

1. Please try to run the report for a shorter period ( Let me know what it looks like on your end )

2. Check the chart of accounts after running the report's Accounts tab to see whether any header accounts have been added as detailed accounts under other header accounts. If the answer is YES, make sure the chart of accounts is showing the same information and edit the account to point to the right header account.
3. The reports failing to load for the year have occasionally been fixed by exporting the account list, then reimporting the same account list with no changes made.
4. Clear the cache of your browser, sign out then sign back in

5. Try to sign in using Microsoft Edge

 

In some cases, this error persists due to trying to pull too much data, the report is experiencing a backend timeout.
