Paying Super and encountering - Please refresh browser error

Can someone help me, I have been trying to pay a client's super through MYOB and it keeps coming up with this message Äproblem occurred with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again". When I press the help button it just seys there is a problem at MYOB's end.

So that we can investigate this further, could you please provide a screenshot of when the error occurs and when you press the 'Help' button? 

 

Please hide/remove any sensitive information from screenshots.
