Payroll

I have been on the phone several times today an hour at a time. I am how trying this avenue.  Payroll has been set up to do on a quarterly basis.  I now need to change it to a monthly payroll reporting to the ATO but it wont let me change the employees from Quarterley to monthly. Can anyone help with this issue

You shall be able to go in the employee contact > Payroll details > Salary and Wages and change the pay cycle for that employee, what happens exactly when you tried to change it? What's the exact error message?
