STP Report for FY21/22 EOFY is zero after STP Phase 2 but locked and ATO notified of finalisation

Hi,

I have noticed that my STP report for FY21/22 has zero gross pay,  but when I look at the individual STP events they show the right numbers. I believe the data must have been lost during the transition to STP Phase 2, but I didn't notice it at the time. Unfortunately, I locked the year and notified the ATO without noticing this issue.

Is there a simple way to correct this issue?

Hi @Sam_K 

Thank you for your post. I would suggest to unfinalised the last payroll year, then on your STP reports, select payroll year 2021/2022 >> click on send update event and finalise the payroll year 2021-2022 again.

Hi Princess,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Once I removed the lock date I was able to do the steps you suggested and send the update event.

The only issue I am having now is that the system is generating an error (screen shot attached) and not finalising the 2021/22 payroll year when I try to refinalise it.

Any thoughts?

Thank you for the response.

Could you try to clear the browser cache, log out and log back in to refresh the browser information. You could also try different browser. Please let me know how you go about this.
