STP2 Payroll Essentials Lite

Have setup and tried to lodge Payroll STP All rejetced. Contacted ATO and advised OLD BMS ID as per error message. They confirmed New BMS ID also. Everything should be ok. have hit "send update event" as per instructions 3 times and rejected.

 

Refer attached

 

Need to get this fixed

Thanks for your post. So that I can assist with this I'll need some more information:

 

  1. have you reported STP for this financial year in different software?
  2. in the Transfering from previous software window did you enter the old BMS ID?
  3. what is the error code for those rejected reports (click on rejected to view the error code?

I adbvised old BMS Id

 

Now program will not let me do payroll at all

Hi @RYUSHIDOMAN 

 

An issue with the BMS ID won't stop you from processing payroll, the STP reports will be rejected. If reports are still being rejected can you tell me:

 

  1. have you reported STP for this financial year in different software?
  2. what is the error code for those rejected reports (click on rejected to view the error code)

If you're having trouble processing payroll please let me know what error you are receiving and when you receive it, ie, creating the pay run or trying to lodge STP.
