Set Up PaySuper Error

I've been having trouble setting up PaySuper for the past few days. Recieveing a "Whoops, we've hit a snag! We can't process this application right now. Please try again later." error (no code provided).

 

Can anyone assist with this problem please?

Hi @HayleyDance,

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

Only the business owner (or one of the company directors) who is also a signatory to the business bank account may complete the signup process to get started with Pay Super. 

 

If you are one of these roles and still getting this error when you attempt to sign up, please send me a private message with the following details:

  • Serial number
  • Business name
  • Your name + email
