Setting up Superannuation error

Hi

I have been trying for weeks to set up a client with paysuper and I keep getting the "OPPS something went wrong"

I need to pay his July super and his August and it keeps happening. I have tried over a dozen times, with the same error.

I have also been trying to ring but the wait time is over an hour and I have been hung up on a few times.

 

Can you please help with this issue?
