Super Failed Payment

Are you able to assist with providing feedback on Super "payment failed".

 

I have attempted to reverse each of the failed payments and resubmitted.

 

Continues to say "Processing Payment" but what to ensure it doesnt fail again

Hi @dazmartinau

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Generally speaking, If the status of the payment is still "Processing Payment", it will still be processing through the clearinghouse and has not yet been released to the respective super funds. SuperChoice has advised allowing 5 working days for the payment to be processed, so I would check it again in a couple of days to allow for this.

 

If it has been longer than 5 business days and the status is still processing payment and no payment has come out of your account, please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Date of super payment 
  • Super payment amount

Thanks Melisa for the email...it appears there was an issue with MYOB which they corrected.
