Super Payment Bounce back

I lodged my pay super through 'Pay super' like i do every quarter. 

However this quarter i have had a new employee start and there contribution has bounced back to my bank account. 

They did the self onbooarding process and they have entered the Superannuation Fund as 'Unisys Australian Superannuation Plan' However what has bounced back into my account is from 'MercerSuperTrust'

Are these the same Super Fund and i just need to change the name?

Thank you so much for your post. To get this sorted you'll need to verify the superannuanfund. 

And please send me a private message of the ABN of the fund and Serial Number.

What is the resolution to fixing this problem for bounced back superfund contributions please?

Thank you so much for your post. There are a number of Superfund that share the same ABN with UNISYS and the only different is with the SPIN/USI, if the employee's superannuation fund is UNISYS, you'll just need to make sure that it is the one linked on the employee card file and the member ID number is for UNISYS.
