Hello
I processed a super payment this week and is still showing "Processing Payment" and not completed
This money has been deducted from our bank account yesterday
Can you confirm what action needs to be taken to fix this and if the super funds will receive these contributions despite what the payment status is

Thank you for your post.
We do advise allowing 5 business days for the payment to process and reach their respective funds. Once they have reached their funds, the status will change to 'Completed'.
