Super payment won't find match with bank transaction

Hi,

 

I have a super payment in my bank feed that won't find the match in the transactions.

 

It appears in the bank register but it won't find it as a match when in the bank feed.

 

Could you please assist with this at all?

Hi @LisaS1,

 

Thank you for reaching out. 

 

This generally happens if the super transaction has already been reconciled. Could you please navigate to  Banking>>Reconcile Accounts and check if this transaction is ticked? If yes, untick it, then it should appear for you to match on the Banking>>Bank feeds screen.
